    Situation #1:

    A multi-company entity with the primary $28M general contracting company had open financial books going back 3 years, all financials were done manually in Excel with no backup or consistency and all system transactions past current period was lost. Their issues became a major concern when tax returns could not be processed.

    Solution:

    Recreation of the Client’s financial records utilizing past submitted statements, bank records and hard-copies of transactions. By reconciling the manual work to the actual information accurate and available information was available. This six week project resolved three years of misinformation, solving not only the tax issues but also assisting the company in becoming more productive.  

    Other Enhancements :

      * In addition a system upgrade was performed to software with enhanced reporting capabilities.

      * MAS90 was customized for their company environment.

      * Custom Crystal Reports were designed to provide real-time Work-In-Process, Sub-Contractor Accounts and Job Profitability.
